The Mills' Sticker Set
Problem: Mills International Center visitor retention is low.
Solution: Design a collectible sticker set.
Each specific sticker can be collected by doing a certain action that interacts with the Mills' (Bring a friend to the Mils, Come to a Mills' event...etc). Once the visitor collects all five they receive a mystery gift (a limited run patch!).
Result: Retention increased by 30%
I was inspired Japanese gachapon.
The similar mindset of "collect them all" made me want to apply the same idea to the stickers I was already doing for the Mills' at the time.
